This time it took me a little under an hour to complete but I was also doing a lot of “resting” between sets trying to stay away from people. Got lucky at the gym today and it was EMPTY when I went. Completed a nice leg day to keep these babies strong and ready for half marathon training that is starting next week!
Went on an evening 3 mile walk with the family to finish off the day!
Rest Day – was going to run but since this is a taper week/the week before a new training cycle I decided to give myself some extra rest!
